Fun game but......

Made an in app purchase to speed character progression. The purchased items never showed up in the app. Restarted the phone and hit "restore purchases" multiple times. Reported the problem to the company through their website channel but have still not heard back from them (48 hours). Filed a claim with iTunes and they are refunding purchase. Fun game but poor support.
